At Reynders, safety is a priority every day. However, once a year, we give it extra attention during our annual Safety Day – a moment to reflect on safe work practices, risks on the construction site, and the importance of vigilance and good teamwork. As tradition dictates, this edition once again coincided with the start of the construction holiday.

Training courses, workshops and real insights
During this Safety Day, all employees – both blue-collar and white-collar workers – had the opportunity to participate in hands-on workshops, information sessions and demonstrations. Topics such as personal protective equipment, noise exposure, first aid and mental health were covered. This is how we ensure that everyone stays alert and well prepared, in the workplace and on the site.
We would like to thank our partners who helped shape this day: Sosafety, Lecot, Hilti, Partner Safety / Elacin, IDEWE, Mixua and Fredography. Thanks to their expertise, we were able to make safety not only discussable, but also tangible and applicable.
Cooperation as the key to prevention
Safety is not a one-off action, but a shared responsibility. By starting the conversation and sharing experiences among ourselves, we build a culture where safety is taken for granted.
We ended the day with a pleasant barbecue, an ideal way to let go of work for a while and start the construction leave together. Thanks to everyone who attended and contributed to this valuable day.
