New construction & renovation

Building and renovating form the core of our activities. From hospitality and offices to retail, schools and healthcare: at Reynders, we roll up our sleeves across many sectors. We do not design ourselves, but from the very start of the construction process, our team collaborates closely with architects, interior designers and engineering firms to determine the best approach and possible optimisations.

For every project, the project manager is your single point of contact — ensuring smoother communication and execution. They create the strategic plan, define the execution method and organise the practical rollout. They also supervise the construction site from start to finish. Communication is always proactive, and every construction partner is involved constructively throughout the process. This way, we achieve the best possible result in terms of planning, cost, quality and sustainability.

Together with the customer: co-creation

With a thoughtful approach, in co-creation with our customers, we ensure that every new construction and renovation project runs smoothly:

  • After receiving an order, we start up with a transfer meeting. In this, the estimator thoroughly briefs the project team.
  • We then introduce the site team to the client and the architect.
  • Our in-house team prepares the project in support of the site team. The buyer initiates the purchases of the project. This takes about 8 weeks in a standard situation.
  • During the kick-off meeting, the project team finalises the preparation to start the works.
  • After site installation, the project is ready to go into execution.
