Noise measurements as a basis for a safe working environment

A safe work environment is about more than just wearing helmets and proper signage. Sound also plays a crucial role in the well-being of employees. That’s why we recently had noise measurements carried out by IDEWE. This is an important step in refining our prevention policy.

Objective measurements, targeted action

The measurements were taken at various points on our site and provide insight into the noise levels our employees are exposed to every day. By accurately mapping the levels, we can objectively evaluate where we need to make adjustments. Think of hearing protection, adapted working methods or improved organisation of work zones.

Because by measuring, we know. And only then can we make targeted investments in effective measures.

A healthy workplace as a shared responsibility

At Reynders, we believe that a healthy workplace is a shared responsibility. IDEWE’s insights help us to base that policy not on gut feeling, but on facts and expertise. That way, safety does not just remain a priority on paper, but a daily reality on the shop floor. Working safely and comfortably is something we build together every day.
