A new breath for Beringen Casino
A building with so much history deserves a careful approach. And that’s exactly where Reynders excels. Since 2024, we have been gradually contributing to the renovation of the Beringen Casino – a landmark in the heart of the city, where heritage and culture come together.
Phase 1: a fresh start in the theatre auditorium
The first works began in 2024 with the refurbishment of the theatre auditorium. Here we proceeded thoroughly: new techniques, a contemporary finish, and at the same time great respect for the original atmosphere. The result? A hall that is again ready for the general public, while retaining its unique character.
Phase 2: taking to the roof together with PIT
Today we are in the middle of phase two. Together with PIT – our sister company – we are tackling the sloping roof. A technically challenging hatch, with great attention to detail and sustainability. From wood structure to insulation and finishing: everything is coordinated in-house.
Phase 3: entrance hall with appearance
In the summer of 2025, we will start work on the entrance hall. A new reception desk, sustainable lighting, improved acoustics and a warm look & feel will create a reception area that really welcomes visitors. Everything comes together here: functionality, experience and aesthetics.
Strong together with trusted partners
We work closely with the city of Beringen and a team of trusted building partners such as Architectuur Depot, Multis, AB Associates, Daidalos-Peutz and Steto. Clear communication, trust and expertise are the common threads throughout this project.
